Diego Andreucci is a senior postdoctoral researcher at ICTA-UAB. He is a political ecologist working on social struggles around resource extractivism and energy. As part of REAL, he researches the articulation of postextractivist movements with popular class struggles in Latin America and Spain in order to understand dynamics of counter-hegemony, and their relevance for degrowth ecosocialism. Diego has a background in anthropology and critical geography, and holds a PhD from ICTA-UAB.
